Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Limerick seeks a Senior Manager, Process Engineering Work Centre Head to lead a wafer fabrication work centre. You will own safety, quality, output, process capability, tool performance, and people leadership across multiple analogue and MEMS technologies.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Director, you will drive world-class sustaining operations, continuous improvement, and introduction of future process technologies while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

13+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
6+ years of diversified leadership.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead safety culture across the work centre and ensure safety remains the highest priority.
Own process capability, quality performance, SPC compliance, and defect reduction initiatives.
Ensure output commitments and support customer delivery requirements.
Own tool availability, uptime, utilisation, and asset effectiveness.
Support development and ramp-up of new process technologies and manufacturing capabilities.
Lead, coach, and develop process engineers and technical leaders.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Equipment Engineering, Quality, and Planning to achieve objectives.
