Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Limerick, Ireland, seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing activities in a high‑volume semiconductor Fab. You will ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery while coaching a team of MTMs across multiple work centres.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage attendance and training compliance, and collaborate with Equipment, Process and Facilities teams to maintain smooth production flow. The role requires shift work in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in a semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive safety, quality and productivity improvements.
• Strong communication and coaching skills across shifts and functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities across assigned areas, ensuring schedules, quality and safety targets are met.
• Lead, coach and develop MTMs to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor WIP, output, equipment availability and material flow to remove bottlenecks.
