Job summary
PwC Ireland is seeking a senior Salesforce Architect to lead technical design on engagements across Ireland and EMEA, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will drive architecture decisions and ensure delivery of industry-leading outcomes.

Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in scoping, designing and implementing technology-enabled transformation programmes.
- Significant Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds experience.
- Strong ability to translate Salesforce architecture to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in consulting sales cycles.
Responsibilities
- Define technology objectives and devise architectural solutions that align with strategic goals.
- Lead technical design on project implementations with PwC teams in Ireland and across EMEA.
- Convert opportunities to deals by defining high-level solution options from requirements and supporting bids including client demos.
- Collaborate with EMEA architecture teams to share knowledge and lead CRM thought leadership in Ireland.

- Our practice operates across all sectors with a focus on Financial Services, Retail and Consumer, Healthcare, and Energy & Utilities.
- Understand the full extent of the digital solution and integration components and how they fit into the enterprise architecture, define technology objectives, assess solution options and devise architectural solutions that achieve both strategic business goals and meet operational requirements.
- Lead technical design on project implementation, working with PwC teams in both Ireland and across EMEA
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to convert opportunities to deals. You will be expected to define high level solution options from high level requirements, and recommend solutions as part of bid responses, including client demos
- Be connected to the EMEA architecture teams to share knowledge, assets and best practice. Lead on CRM technology thought leadership within the Irish firm and in the local market.
- You have 7-10+ years experience in scoping, designing and implementing technology enabled B2B and/or B2C transformation programmes
- Ideally, significant portion of this will have been gained from operating within Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds
- You have strong knowledge of the technical architecture of Salesforce platforms and are able to communicate this to a non-technical audience
- Ideally you have some experience of how a technology alliance goes to market and have experience working across a consulting sales cycle
