Job summary

RECRUITERS in Ireland seeks an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join its Client Experience team in Dublin City Centre on a hybrid basis. You will own Salesforce Sales/FS Cloud and Marketing Cloud, translate business needs into scalable capabilities, and help shape the center of excellence.

The role involves partnering with Sales, Client Services, Marketing and Technology, guiding roadmaps, data governance, and ensuring platform adoption across the business.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce roles.
• Hands-on with Sales Cloud/FS Cloud incl. onboarding & workflows.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud: journeys & campaigns.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, reporting & integrations.
• Able to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce roadmaps.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS, CS or related.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Salesforce Sales/FS Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce capabilities and roadmaps.
• Partner with Sales, Client Services, Marketing and Technology.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Drive platform adoption, data quality, reporting and governance.
• Lead release planning, QA and UAT activities.
• Identify opportunities across Data Cloud, Einstein/AI and analytics.
• Act as a Salesforce SME and guide admins and users.
