Job summary

Presidio in Ireland is seeking an experienced Sales Operation Specialist to support our sales team by coordinating orders, managing stock and liaising with internal departments. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with SAGE Accounts are highly valued.

You'll work with suppliers and the internal operations team to ensure timely fulfilment, accurate data entry and high levels of customer satisfaction, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of IT channel from distributor to reseller and customer is an advantage.
• SAGE Accounts experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work to deadlines and autonomously is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administrators require good organisational skills to coordinate all aspects of sales administration.
• They must be able to work accurately with great attention to detail so that they process orders quickly and efficiently.
• They must also be good communicators, working with other departments that are responsible for fulfilling orders or providing service to customers.
• Proactively communicates with customers to ensure that all requests and open items have been satisfactorily addressed.
• Work with internal operations team to resolve additional issues (customer satisfaction, RMA’s/Returns. etc) when necessary.
• Administrators require good clerical skills, together with computing and data entry skills.
• Experience in SAGE Accounts, technology, office administration and sales support.
