Ensure Future Master is updated to reflect changes in the 0–3 month window.
  • This includes reviewing backlog and shipment commitments, validating forecast versus open orders, identifying pull-in or push-out opportunities, prioritising constrained supply against revenue impact, coordinating recovery plans for shortfalls, escalating material risks, and updating Future Master and related demand signals to reflect agreed actions.

  • Utilise Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a relationship management and sales enablement tool, driving CRM adoption and user compliance. Register and manage all customer activities, including appointments and actions, in CRM.
  • Produce and maintain recurring sales performance reporting, including pipeline, bookings, backlog, revenue, and forecast accuracy, and provide actionable insights to Sales leadership.
  • Coordinate pricing and PMR quotation set-up, approvals, contract and commercial checks, and order processing.
  • Protect commercial policy and profitability by ensuring pricing, discounts, and key terms are applied correctly and approvals are obtained, balancing customer commitments with margin and governance requirements.
  • Partner with Finance on credit, invoicing, and returns, ensuring adherence to policy and timely resolution of disputes.
  • Act as the sole point of contact for customers and distributors on operational topics (order acknowledgement, order changes, delivery status, backlog and fulfilment issues, technical & non technical queries), with all related queries and escalations routed through Sales Operations; engage directly with Quality and Supply Chain to resolve within agreed service levels
