Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a similar role, knowledge of the IT channel from distributor to reseller, and experience with SAGE Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales operations process for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate orders and liaise with internal teams to fulfil customer requests.
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve issues with the operations team (returns, refunds, etc.).
• Maintain clerical accuracy, data entry and reporting.

Sales operation specialists provide vital support to a company’s sales team. They handle the ordering of stock from suppliers to meet the demand from customers. An efficient sales operation specialist contributes to quality customer service and helps the sales team meet its targets

As an Sales Operation Specialist your primary role is to manage the sales operations process for your assigned accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administrators require good organisational skills to coordinate all aspects of sales administration.
• They must be able to work accurately with great attention to detail so that they process orders quickly and efficiently.
• They must also be good communicators, working with other departments that are responsible for fulfilling orders or providing service to customers.
• Proactively communicates with customers to ensure that all requests and open items have been satisfactorily addressed.
• Work with internal operations team to resolve additional issues (customer satisfaction, RMA’s/Returns. etc) when necessary.
• Administrators require good clerical skills, together with computing and data entry skills.
• Experience in SAGE Accounts, technology, office administration and sales support.
