Job summary

Presidio in Ireland is seeking a Sales Operation Specialist to support the sales team by managing the sales operations process for assigned accounts. You will coordinate orders, liaise with internal teams, and ensure timely fulfillment while maintaining high accuracy and customer service standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a similar role, knowledge of the IT channel from distributor to reseller, and experience with SAGE Accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar sales operations role.
• Experience with SAGE Accounts is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IT channel from distributor to reseller.
• Ability to work to deadlines and autonomously.
• Third level qualification in a business-related area is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales operations process for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate orders and liaise with internal teams to fulfil customer requests.
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve issues with the operations team (returns, refunds, etc.).
• Maintain clerical accuracy, data entry and reporting.
