Job summary

CMS Distribution seeks a Purchasing Support & Inventory Administrator to assist the Purchasing Support & Inventory Team. You will handle administrative tasks within the purchasing process to help maintain inventory levels and ensure smooth PO execution.

The role involves processing POs in SAP, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring accurate pricing and stock data, with attention to deadlines and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders to vendors using SAP ERP with accuracy and proper approvals.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure swift, accurate fulfilment of POs.
• Liaise with stakeholders to align pricing and stock availability.
• Ensure incoterms and charges comply with company and vendor requirements.
• Maintain accurate master data and pricing records.
• Respond to queries in the shared inbox within agreed timelines.
• Process stock transfers between CMS plants and coordinate with warehouses.
