Job summary

Global Enterprise Software Company in Dublin is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join the EMEA sales organisation. You will support the Alliances & Channels Sales Director with forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting, blending analytics with senior stakeholder partnership.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in Sales Operations within software or SaaS environments, with strong Excel, PowerPoint and CRM/reporting tooling skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in Sales Operations.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management and CRM reporting.
• Experience supporting Channel Sales, Alliances or indirect sales.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Alliances & Channels Sales Director and sales leadership.
• Participate in weekly forecasting and forecast roll-up meetings.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews and identify trends and risks.
• Prepare analysis and dashboards for QBRs and leadership reporting.
• Use BI tools to generate actionable commercial insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enablement and Finance teams.
