Job summary

Ventilux Group is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our team in Ireland. You will assist customers from the first enquiry through delivery, support the sales, design, service and shipping teams, and provide day-to-day administrative support. No prior experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support.

We're looking for a hardworking, positive and reliable person to join our team as a Sales Support Executive.

You'll work closely with our Sales, Design, Service and Shipping teams, helping everything run smoothly from the first customer enquiry right through to delivery.

-What You'll Be Doing-

• Helping customers with enquiries by phone and email

• Keeping customers updated and helping resolve any queries
• Providing day-to-day administrative support
• Working with different teams to make sure orders progress smoothly
