AuxiliaGroup Recruitment, on behalf of our client in the technology sector, is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Support Executive. This role offers exposure to a broad range of sales and business development activities within a fast-paced environment.

You will support lead generation, engage with prospective customers, manage CRM data in HubSpot, and contribute to a growing commercial team. A customer-facing background is preferred and the role provides meaningful development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day sales administration and activity.

AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are hiring a Junior Sales Support Executive on behalf of our client, a growing company operating within the technology sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded individual looking to develop their career in sales within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

We are seeking a confident communicator with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and a genuine interest in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with prospective customers, learning new systems and supporting a busy sales function.

Candidates with experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, telesales, sales administration or other customer-facing environments are encouraged to apply.

The Role

Working closely with the wider commercial team, you will support lead generation activities, prospect engagement and day-to-day sales operations. Requirements

• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
• Confident using technology and learning new systems, including HubSpot
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow processes and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn
• Experience with lead generation or LinkedIn prospecting
• Experience supporting a sales or business development team
• Experience working within a commercial, sales or customer-focused environment
