Job summary

Oliver James in Dublin is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support assistant to work closely with our sales team, delivering outstanding customer service and helping drive sales objectives.

You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, process orders, prepare quotations, assist with stock takes, and provide admin support to the team, building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Full training will be provided to develop product knowledge in lighting and related industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team and also use own initiative.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach to work.
• Exposure to lighting/electrical/construction industry is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities
