Portfolio Group is seeking a Graduate/Entry Level Business Sales Representative for Dublin 3. This role offers an up to €33,000 base salary with OTE €40,000–€45,000 in Year 1, and top performers can exceed €100,000.

Responsibilities

Outbound lead generation: Outbound calling Directors and Business Owners to generate leads.
Lead Generation: Proactively self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals while also managing and developing an existing client base.
Pipeline Management: Accurately build and maintain your sales funnel to ensure consistent delivery against quarterly targets.
Consultative Selling: Introduce businesses to our suite of consultancy services and innovative people-management software solutions.

The Role

Working within the small to mid-market sector, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities.
