Job summary

Oceanmaster Engineering Pte Ltd in Ireland is seeking a results‑driven sales professional to expand our marine and oil & gas client base. You will identify opportunities, grow existing accounts, visit customers, and negotiate orders while supporting timely quotations.

You will monitor quotes, update on market movements, and provide weekly & monthly sales reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager. A team player with strong planning and relationship skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education with any engineering discipline.
• Excellent Customer relationship Management skills.
• A team player who possess strong planning and organisational skills.
• Proven track record in sales account management and achievement of sales targets.
• At least 2 years in Marine / Oil & Gas industries, Ship Owners and Shipmanagement will be highly advantageous.
• Responsible, meticulous and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Increase the company’s sales business and profitability.
• Meet the KPI targets and grow market share.
• Identify opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Develop and maintain customer base, conduct visits.
• Negotiate with customers to secure sales and prepare quotations.
• Monitor quotes and follow up; track competitors.
• Provide weekly & monthly sales reports to Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Responsible for increasing the company’s sales business, achieving the profitability goals set by the company.
• To meet the sales KPI target set by the company.
• Responsible for increasing the company’s market share, successfully promoting brand awareness.
• Responsible for identifying potential business opportunities for the company, as well as growing the existing business accounts.
• Increase, Develop and Maintain new and existing customers base.
• Conduct customers’ visits to support sales and relationship building.
• Always negotiate with customer to secure sales.
• Assist in doing quotation whenever necessary.
• Monitor, follow up and update information on all quotes submitted to customers.
• Monitor and Update on the competitors movement and market development.
• Monitor customers’ payment matters and ensure all overdue payments are recovered.
• Teamwork within Sales Team.
• To provide weekly & monthly Sale’s Reports to Sales & Marketing Manager.
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
