Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a sales professional to manage existing customer accounts and identify new business opportunities across assigned markets. The role requires Mandarin proficiency, strong customer service, and the ability to travel for client visits and engagements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales experience in a trading environment, experience with mechanical/electrical/electronic components, and solid MS Office/reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a trading environment.
• Experience in trading mechanical components, electrical equipment parts, or electronic devices/components is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain existing customer accounts across assigned markets.
• Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities and customer segments.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to understand business needs and requirements.
• Investigate and resolve customer quality issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Travel to customer sites to provide sales support and address enquiries.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales performance reports.
• Support additional business and operational tasks as assigned.
