Who You Are

• Commercial Background: 9–12+ months in B2B outbound sales (Sales Consultant, Inside Sales Executive, BDE, BDR, Freight Sales Specialist, Commercial Sales Executive, or similar roles)
• Proven Outbound Track Record: Demonstrated history of cold outreach, pipeline management, and hitting targets despite tight margins.
• Commercial Drive & Future Leader: A resilient, target-driven communicator ready to own the full sales cycle and advance into leadership.

Compensation & Rewards

• Package: Base Salary + Uncapped Tiered Commission (Paid Monthly) + Additional Bonuses
