Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Form relationships with AEs, ADs and peers, aligning on priorities and challenges.
• Understand customer needs, apply qualification frameworks and support opportunity creation.
• Test and refine outreach strategies to improve response rates and engagement.
• Meet monthly/quarterly goals and track progress using KPIs.
• Communicate business context and value in outreach and team discussions.
