Job summary

Fin is seeking a Sales Development Coordinator to join our Enterprise Sales team in Dublin. This hands-on, learning-focused role helps you build foundations in sales development, customer engagement, and account research as you support Enterprise Sales teams.

You will nurture low-intent prospects, improve data quality, and enable Account Executives and BDRs to engage high-potential prospects. This role offers coaching and potential progression to SDR based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Technology, or a related field, or early career with <2 years experience.
• Comfortable engaging with prospects via email and phone.
• Fluency in English; French or German preferred (Dublin only).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with LinkedIn and Google Workspace tools.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage tasks independently with light guidance.
• Curious about technology, AI, sales and customer experience.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Motivated to build a long-term career in sales.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inbound leads and engage with early-stage prospects, qualifying interest.
• Conduct account and prospect research to support outbound efforts.
• Build organisation maps for key personas across Customer Support, Product, AI, and Digital Transformation.
• Prepare call briefs and account summaries to help AEs and BDRs engage before meetings.
