Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree awarded or in progress.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• 1–2 years business experience; software sales a plus.
• Team player in a high-energy sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and ambitious; strong desire to work in sales.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads.
• Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
• Engage with customers by phone and email to analyze needs.
• Profile accounts and overcome objections to generate opportunities for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion.
• Interact with customers professionally and proactively as the first point of contact.
• Become a trusted resource for internal and external contacts.
• Follow up across multiple channels to uncover new deals and nurture opportunities.
• Maintain active communication with leads with monthly targeted materials.
