Job summary

ElevenLabs in Ireland is seeking a Sales Development Lead to scale our SDR team and drive pipeline growth. You will mentor recruiters, design scalable outbound processes, and align with Account Executives to hit ambitious targets.

You'll build onboarding, coaching, and metrics-driven programs, foster a culture of curiosity and speed, and influence go-to-market strategy across global markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales, with 1–2 years in a management role.
• Experience building or scaling high-performing SDR/BDR teams in fast-growing tech.
• Strong understanding of outbound prospecting to technical/enterprise personas.
• Skilled in sales metrics, CRM/reporting tools, and modern outreach techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of SDRs with plans for headcount growth.
• Establish scalable processes for outbound prospecting, qualification, and AE handoff.
• Build onboarding, enablement, and coaching frameworks for long-term success.
• Partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to align on pipeline targets and metrics.
• Use data and tooling to optimize strategy, outreach quality, and conversion rates.
• Support go-to-market experiments as we expand across segments and markets.
