Access is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Ireland with no prior experience required to join a high-energy team where every call, meeting, and placement directly contributes to your earnings. You’ll own commissions from every placement and enjoy transparent, performance-based rewards.

Top performers currently earn around €70k in the first year, with rapid opportunities for growth and promotions as you prove your results and drive revenue for the business.

• Comfortable on the phone and confident in client-facing interactions.

We’re currently looking for someone to join us as a Recruitment Consultant (no previous experience needed), in a culture where every call, every meeting, every placement directly contributes to your earnings and financial growth.
