Access Healthcare in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to build relationships with candidates and clients, manage vacancies, and grow their own desk.

This full-time, office-based role offers a base salary in the early 30Ks plus uncapped commissions, with a clear path through our 12-level career framework and rapid internal promotions. Be part of a team with ambitious growth.

Formación

• Retail management experience at store level (e.g., Store Manager or equivalent).
• Demonstrated leadership and ownership of people, performance and results.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients and candidates.

The Numbers, you may ask:

• Base salary: Early €30Ks + Uncapped commission

• Retail Management experience — Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager, Department Manager, Retail Manager or similar.

Additional Information
