CPL Group is seeking a Sales Agent in Dublin (on-site) to engage a 70,000+ members community with warm calls, offering tailored savings and services. The role focuses on renewals, cross-selling across broadband, mobile, and energy, while supporting a friendly team in reaching targets.

The position offers a €29k base plus uncapped commission, with a ramp-up period and a standard 9–5 schedule, 25 days holiday, and pension contributions. Training is provided as you learn the products.

Sales Agent: Warm Calls, Real Savings, Proper Hours

Dublin 12 (on-site, Luas on the doorstep) | €29k base + uncapped commission | Monday–Friday, 9–5

Tired of cold calling people who don't want to hear from you?

This role is different. You'll be calling a members' community of 70,000+ customers who already know and trust the organisation. You won't be dialling strangers off a list. Every campaign is data-led, so you know who you're calling, what they already have, and what you can save them.

What you'll be doing

• Making warm calls to existing members with tailored offers
• Spotting the fit and cross-selling across broadband, mobile and energy
• Looking after renewals and growing the existing customer base
• Working on targeted campaigns with a supportive team behind you
