Job summary

LinkedIn in Ireland is hiring a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst for an 11-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, combining time at home with days in the office, and you will partner with senior sales executives to shape go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth.

You will lead data-driven planning, build territories, set targets, and provide forecasting insights, working with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and Sales Leadership to help the business win.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, or an analytical/operational role
• 2+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience using SQL to analyze data and drive decisions
• Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence decision making

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide recommendations on projects shaping LinkedIn’s future go-to-market model
• Drive data-driven planning processes including customer segmentation, headcount, territory planning, and quota setting
• Track business performance and provide forecasting insights to sales leadership
• Lead sales operations processes such as quota management, territory allocation, audits, and dashboards
• Establish strong partnerships with cross-functional peers (finance, operations, sales leadership) to achieve objectives
