Job summary

Iperium, supporting Exclusive Networks, is hiring a Junior Renewals Specialist for its Citywest Dublin ServiceNow Sales Centre of Excellence. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to develop expertise in subscription renewals, customer retention and recurring revenue.

You will support renewal management across an assigned portfolio, engage with partners and internal teams, maintain accurate renewal data and help prepare quotations while working with global partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support, account management or administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Confidence working with deadlines, data and multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, customer-focused and dependable approach.
• Experience in technology, SaaS or renewals would be useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of upcoming ServiceNow renewals across an assigned portfolio.
• Contact partners and internal stakeholders ahead of contract expiry dates.
• Maintain renewal information, forecasts and activity records.
• Identify potential renewal risks and escalate them when appropriate.
• Support the preparation of renewal quotations and commercial documentation.
• Work with Customer Success and sales teams to support retention and identify growth opportunities.
