Jobgether is seeking a Data Analyst for a partner SaaS project in Ireland. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, covering acquisition, engagement, payments, revenue, and retention across multiple products.

You will work with Data, Marketing, Product, Finance, and leadership to identify growth opportunities and measure impact. You will build reusable analytics, validate data quality, and contribute to AI-powered analytics workflows in a fully distributed international team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based models and revenue growth.
• Experience analyzing customer, marketing, product, or payment data across multi-source datasets.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, segmentation, cohort analysis, and window functions.
• Foundations in statistics and data analysis with ability to interpret experiments.
• AI-native mindset with practical use of AI assistants and cloud tooling.
• Ability to integrate AI into data exploration, analysis, and reporting.
• Understanding SaaS metrics: CAC, ARPA, LTV, retention.
• Ability to merge data from multiple sources ensuring reliability.
• Experience with Python or BI tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Stripe/Adyen and recurring billing solutions (Recurly/Chargebee) is a plus.
• Strong business curiosity, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in French and English (B2+).

Responsabilités

• Analyze acquisition channels, campaigns, and cohorts to evaluate CAC, conversion, revenue, and LTV.
• Identify most profitable channels and segments; provide actionable recommendations to Marketing and leadership.
• Examine the full customer journey from visit to retention to uncover friction and opportunities.
• Investigate funnels, cohorts, interactions, retention, and churn to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with Data Science to assess experiments and measure impact of initiatives.
• Monitor payments performance, retries, and PSP performance across products and regions.
• Analyze revenue and risk indicators, including disputes and fraudulent activity.
• Work with Payments teams to improve processes and measure outcomes.
• Translate business questions into reliable, structured analyses.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Present findings with clear limitations and prioritized recommendations.
• Develop reusable data analysis tools and workflows; enable teams to self-serve.
• Integrate AI-powered assistants into daily workflows to boost efficiency.
