Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an AI Growth Manager Ads based in Ireland to lead paid acquisition for a fast-scaling B2B SaaS platform. You will own Meta and Google Ads strategy, campaign management, creative production, and AI-powered optimization across multiple channels, with a target to scale annual ad spend to $2 million.

Qualifications

• Proven growth experience scaling paid acquisition for a subscription app, pro-sumer product, or high-growth SaaS.
• Advanced paid media expertise with Meta and Google Ads including audience strategy and funnel optimization.
• High-volume creative production with hundreds of creatives per month.
• AI and automation proficiency with practical experience using AI tools and automation workflows.
• Full-stack growth capabilities to build landing pages, implement tracking, and run A/B tests independently.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end to end across Meta and Google Ads.
• Scale advertising investment toward a multi-million annual spend while maintaining unit economics.
• Build an AI-powered advertising operating system with automated workflows.
• Develop a high-volume creative engine and test multiple ad concepts.
• Expand across YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Own landing pages, conversion funnels, and A/B testing.
• Ensure reliable tracking and attribution across the funnel.
