Jobgether, on behalf of a partner in Ireland, seeks an Associate Director - Investments to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close acquisitions of niche B2B SaaS businesses across North America and Western Europe. This is a fully remote role with substantial autonomy and executive exposure.

You will own investment decisions, lead end-to-end deal workstreams, coach junior colleagues, and contribute to investment strategy while building a portfolio of international software assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of post-university experience in transactions, strategy or both.
• Experience in private equity, strategy consulting, corporate development, or investment banking.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead investment opportunities from initial assessment through closing.
• Underwrite acquisition opportunities and prepare investment memoranda.
• Manage end-to-end deal workstreams, including LOIs, DD, and agreements.
• Coordinate internal and external due diligence across functions.
• Coach and develop junior investment professionals.
