Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing analytics, focusing on traffic acquisition and marketing strategy.
• Advanced SQL skills to extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and campaign performance evaluation.
• Statistical methods applied to marketing analysis, measurement, and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with Tableau for dashboards and visualizations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Understanding of marketing funnels and customer acquisition metrics (visits, clicks, registrations, deposits).
• Ability to combine data from multiple sources and ensure data quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders and data teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage analytical projects independently.

Responsabilités

• Develop and test data-driven hypotheses to optimize traffic acquisition and marketing efficiency.
• Design, build, and maintain marketing reports, dashboards, and tools for stakeholders.
• Analyze data from tracking platforms and other sources to assess performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor user behavior through the acquisition funnel from visits to deposits.
• Evaluate campaign performance and investment efficiency; recommend improvements.

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility.
• Create Tableau dashboards communicating key marketing KPIs clearly.
• Document methodologies and ensure analytical processes are up to date.
• Explore new analytics approaches and tools to enhance reporting capabilities.
