Job summary

Harvey, based in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a Contracts Manager to join its legal team in a hybrid role. You will interface with procurement, go-to-market, deal operations, and marketing to ensure fast execution of agreements and scalable contracting operations.

The successful candidate will draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and various procurement agreements, while developing templates, playbooks, and streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and various procurement agreements.
• Experience with contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows.
• Ability to identify non-standard terms and escalate to legal as needed.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, Marketing and Sponsorship Agreements, Staffing Agreements, and other Procurement Agreements.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks; refine approval workflows and intake processes.
• Flag non-standard terms affecting product, privacy, and regulatory compliance; negotiate Data Processing Agreements; ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Provide training and develop resources to support go-to-market and cross-functional teams.
