GreyScout, a Dublin-based SaaS startup, is building an early sales team in person to accelerate career advancement. We’re looking for an SDR/BDR to join full-time and help us scale our outbound motion.

You will create discovery calls, optimize outbound approaches, and manage email and LinkedIn sequences, setting the standard for BDR excellence with a clear path to Account Executive as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 6–18 months of BDR/SDR outbound prospecting experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota.
• Strong hunter/prospecting mindset.
• Startup experience.
• Fearless cold call skills.
• Operational excellence in running outbound sequences/cadences.

Responsibilities

• Create Discovery Calls for the Sales Team.
• Optimise and refine the current outbound approach (Cold Call).
• Create and Manage Email and LinkedIn Sequences.
• Set the benchmark for excellence of the BDR team.
