Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid PSA license.

• Experience in RSOC/SOC or emergency command environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise deployed RSOC operators on shift and ensure coverage.
• Conduct 1-on-1 engagements, performance monitoring, and coaching.
• Maintain logging, handovers, and SOP adherence.
• Identify workflow improvements and technology utilization.
• Oversee incident command for high-severity events and risk alerts.
• Lead training, projects, and post-incident debriefs.
