Job summary

Synergy Prestige is seeking a Corporate Security Officer for a Dublin-based corporate site. You will balance high-level guest service at the front desk with strict access control and incident escalation, ensuring physical safety and visitor integrity.

Operating within a modern office environment, you collaborate with the RSOC, handle on-site alarms, and maintain detailed incident logs. The role offers a shift-based schedule with progression opportunities and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PSA license for security roles.
• Experience with visitor management platforms and access control systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver executive-level customer service at FoH and control access.
• Verify visitor identities, issue passes, and enforce NDA protocols.
• Monitor entry points, prevent tailgating and unauthorized access.
• Coordinate with RSOC and escalate incidents as required.
• Complete accurate incident reports and support site safety.
