Job summary

Synergy Security Solutions Ltd is seeking an RSOC Operator for our Dublin-based team. The role involves frontline monitoring of security systems, incident triage, and safeguarding client infrastructure, assets, and personnel across multiple sites.

You will coordinate responses and communicate clearly with internal teams and international travelers. The position requires PSA licensure, strong English skills (B2+), and prior RSOC/SOC experience in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid Private Security Authority (PSA) License.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2).
• Previous RSOC/SOC/ARC experience in high-consequence environments.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage routine and emergency calls professionally.
• Continuously monitor alarms and CCTV including access and duress alerts.
• Monitor radio traffic across local and remote sites for situational awareness.
• Evaluate global incidents potentially affecting client offices and personnel.
• Disseminate critical information following security best practices.
• Take part in position-related projects and provide timely incident reporting.
