Job summary

Synergy Security Solutions Ltd is seeking an RSOC Shift Lead in Dublin, responsible for on-site supervision, incident management, and operational leadership of the RSOC. You will oversee shift personnel, ensure asset monitoring, and drive quality control across global operations.

The role involves acting as Incident Commander during critical events, mentoring junior operators, leading security projects, and managing training and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current PSA license.
• 3–5 years of experience in RSOC/SOC/ARC or similar environments.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift RSOC operators and ensure coverage and SOP adherence.
• Lead incident command during high-severity events and coordinate intelligence output.
• Develop training modules and onboarding plans for RSOC operators.
• Prepare operational reports and executive-level briefings.
• Drive continuous process improvement and project leadership.
