Job summary

Synergy-Security in Dublin 2 is seeking an experienced RSOC Shift Lead to oversee on-site security operations, provide tactical incident management, mentor the team, and ensure rigorous monitoring of client assets and global personnel.

As the senior on shift, you will act as Incident Commander during high-severity events, direct threat intelligence activities, coordinate training via the LMS, and drive security projects from inception to completion, requiring proactive leadership and precise

Qualifications

• Must hold a current PSA license.
• Formal leadership or people-management training.
• Experience in RSOC, SOC, ARC, military, or emergency command center.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RSOC operators on shift with full coverage and SOP adherence.
• Conduct 1-on-1 engagements, performance monitoring, and coaching.
• Maintain logging, handovers, and SOP compliance; identify workflow improvements.
• Lead incident command for high-severity events and coordinate intelligence output.
• Draft executive alerts, flash reports, and escalation updates.
