Job summary

The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) invites graduates to join the People Function/HR as a 23-month Associate, commencing September 2027. The programme targets a degree in HRM, Business, Commerce or related fields and offers rotation across HR teams, exposure to advisory, recruitment, reward, learning and wellbeing, and broad administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 honours degree or minimum 2.1 Masters in a related discipline.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (Irish Citizen, EEA Citizen, Stamp 4, Stamp 1G Visa).

Responsibilities

• Provide broad administrative support to the People Function and HR teams.
• Assist with administration and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Support end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening and offers.
• Assist with employee lifecycle tasks (inductions, resignations, exit interviews).
• Support HR data management, reporting and dashboards to inform People strategies.
• Contribute to strategic projects and rotate across People Function teams.
