Job summary

COMFORT SYSTEMS is launching a Human Resources Early Talent Leadership Development Program in Dublin. This two-year program offers leadership training and two unique twelve-month HR assignments, starting in September 2026.

Participants will support employees, manage HR processes, and contribute to transformation initiatives. Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and have strong communication skills, with a desire for leadership roles in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess or obtain a bachelor's degree by August 2026.
• Up to 3 years of work or internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support employees with day-to-day HR needs.
• Manage key HR processes, including payroll and onboarding.
• Contribute to HR transformation and harmonisation initiatives.
