Job summary

National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) in Ireland invites graduates to join the Continuous Improvement and Artificial Intelligence (CI AI) unit on a 23-month Associate Programme commencing September 2027. Applicants should have a degree in AI, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.

The role supports AI opportunities, process reviews and governance, working across NTMA with a blend of learning, hands-on projects and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a degree in AI, CS, SE, Data Science or related discipline.
• 2:1 honours or a Masters preferred.
• Right to work in Ireland (citizenship/visa).

Responsibilities

• Support AI opportunities assessment and problem understanding.
• Review processes for AI enablement and automation opportunities.
• Assist in delivering NTMA AI programme and strategy.
• Co-design AI agents, tools and capabilities with business units.
• Assist with AI intake, prioritisation and governance.
