Job summary

National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) invites graduates to join the NDFA (Financial Advisory) on a 23-month Associate Programme commencing in September 2027. The NDFA advises on infrastructure projects with large capital values and supports PPP delivery for state authorities.

The Associate will work across the NDFA’s activities, performing financial analysis, modelling, review of contracts, and portfolio monitoring while engaging with a range of public sector clients and financing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 honours degree or 2.1 Masters in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Commerce or related discipline.
• Eligible to work in Ireland (citizenship/visa rules).
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CFA are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Financial statement analysis.
• Review of commercial and legal documentation.
• Complex financial modelling.
• Project finance funding.
• Report writing.
• Portfolio monitoring.
• Financial analysis for contract management and invoicing.
