Job summary

AIB’s graduate programme in Risk offers a 23-month structured rotation across different teams and risk areas in Dublin. You’ll gain exposure to projects, develop technical and professional skills, and work with experienced colleagues who invest in your success.

The programme includes CFA/FRM/QFA qualification support, networking opportunities, and a strong focus on wellbeing and development. Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland and have a 2.1 degree.

Qualifications

• Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme.
• Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 23-month contract (September 2027 – August 2029).

Responsibilities

• We are currently looking for candidates interested in a career in the Risk function of the bank.
• Our Risk Graduate Programme will have 2 dynamic streams that the graduates will rotate within a few times.
• This will allow graduates to gain a breadth of experience across AIB’s Risk Department.
