Job summary

Allied Irish Banks invites high-potential graduates to join its Risk Graduate Analyst Programme, a 23-month contract across two risk streams. You will rotate through Compliance, Credit Risk, Enterprise Risk, and more, gaining exposure to diverse projects and senior leaders.

You’ll be supported by a People Leader, participate in a robust development plan, and have opportunities to pursue CFA/FRM/QFA qualifications while building a professional network within a dynamic bank.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 Honours Degree; eligibility to work in Ireland for the full duration of the 23‑month contract.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Risk, gaining breadth across the department.
• Support real business initiatives and learn from experienced professionals.
• Complete CFA, FRM and QFA qualifications while exposures to multiple teams.
