AIB''s Capital Markets Graduate Programme invites you to develop commercial, analytical and relationship management skills while supporting corporate, institutional and private banking customers across Ireland and internationally.

Over 23 months you''ll rotate across teams, gain exposure to exciting projects and build expertise with experienced professionals, with in-office Dublin/Cork policy and a mix of office and home working.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 Honours Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support lending and financing opportunities.
• Analyse financial information and market trends.
• Assist with customer relationship management and business development.
• Contribute to credit and risk assessment processes.
• Support transactions across a range of industries.
• Rotations across teams including Corporate Banking, Real Estate Finance, Climate & Infrastructure Capital, Syndicated & International Finance, Private Banking, Business Banking, Commercial Finance, Customer Solutions & Services, Portfolio Management.
