Job summary

AIB invites graduates to join its Group Internal Audit Graduate Programme. Over 3.5 years you’ll gain practical experience in risk, governance and controls while completing professional qualifications. The scheme includes rotations across teams and exposure to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland).
• Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland for the full duration of the 3.5 year contract.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to diverse business areas and work with colleagues across the organisation.
• Support governance, risk management and internal controls improvements.
• Rotate across different teams to understand how AIB manages risk.
