Job summary

AIB is offering a 23-month Retail Banking Graduate programme based in Central Park, Dublin. The role operates in a hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, starting September 2027, with a salary of €34,500.

You will rotate across teams, gain exposure to product management, governance and customer experiences, and work towards professional qualifications. Applicants must hold a 2.1 honours degree and be eligible to work in Ireland. Applications close 26 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent) is a prerequisite.
• Applicants must be fully authorised to work in Ireland for the full duration of the 23-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Participate in graduate rotations across Retail Banking teams.
• Contribute to projects that enhance customer experiences across channels.
• Support the development of new products and propositions.
