Kota is hiring its first Senior Revenue Operations Manager to build the operating system behind revenue across Embed and Platform. You will design the data model, create unified forecasting, and drive the 2028 planning rhythm aligning targets with headcount and investments.

You will own compensation design, incentive plans and the weekly forecast cadence, partnering closely with Finance and the CRO. This is a builder role with a strong strategic/operational mix.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in Rev Ops, sales strategy & operations in high-growth B2B/fintech
• Strong revenue operating model design from ground up
• Ability to build three-statement-aware revenue models and partner economics
• Experience running annual planning end-to-end with exec/board sign-off
• Fluency with GTM tech stack and data-driven decision making
• Comfort with multi-product, multi-country revenue and renewals economics
• Credibility to present numbers to CRO, CFO and board
• Owner mindset: start solo, then scale team

Responsabilidades

• Design and own the revenue data model for multi-product, multi-country business
• Stand up a unified annual forecast across Embed and Platform with multiple views
• Lead 2027 planning, reforecasting and headcount alignment to plan
• Define and fix funnel stages with source attribution from first touch to live revenue
• Own planning cycles, quotas, territories, capacity and headcount models
• Design and administer commission and incentive plans; coordinate with Finance
• Run weekly forecast calls, monthly reviews and investor revenue pack
• Model partner economics, renewal rates, CAC and payback by channel
• Own GTM stack and BI layer; decide build/buy/replace as we scale
• Drive market prioritisation, pricing, segments, and channels through data-driven decisions
• Build and lead a Rev Ops analytics team as the business grows
