Kota is hiring a Product Lead to own a product area, set the vision and strategy, and lead the engineers who build it. You’ll be accountable for the product and the team shipping it, starting in Insurances and expanding as Kota grows in new markets.

You’ll shape 6-week Shape Up cycles, translate complex underwriting and compliance into intuitive flows, and collaborate across support, success and sales to deliver measurable value.

Formación

• Experience leading product teams and owning product vision from inception to delivery.
• Proven ability to ship high-quality features at speed in a growth-stage company.
• Strong collaboration across support, success, sales, and operations.
• Fluency with AI tools as part of daily workflow.
• Experience in fintech or insurtech or HR tech, employer-facing products.

Responsabilidades

• Own the vision and strategy for your area and make product calls.
• Lead and grow a group of product engineers, coaching on scope and delivery.
• Shape and lead 6-week Shape Up cycles for new features and provider integrations.
• Simplify insurer onboarding, plan setup, premium management, and benefit workflows.
• Translate compliance and underwriting complexity into user flows.
• Collaborate across support, success, and sales, and operations.
• Help shape product areas as we grow into new markets.
• Ship fast with a high quality bar and hold the team to it.
