Job summary

Kota is hiring its first Senior Revenue Operations Manager to design the operating system behind revenue. You will architect the data model, build a unified forecast, and run planning that ties targets to headcount and investment.

In this builder role, you will own the revenue model across Embed and Platform, collaborate with Finance, and report to the Chief Revenue Officer. Hybrid work, based in Dublin or London, with 2 days on site.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Rev Ops, sales strategy or GTM in B2B/fintech.
• Built revenue operating models: data model, forecast, planning and comp.
• Experience with multi-product, multi-country revenue and partner-driven models.
• Strong ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Familiarity with CRM and BI tooling (HubSpot Looker).

Responsibilities

• Design the revenue operating system for Kota across Embed and Platform.
• Own forecasting across multiple product lines and markets.
• Build and maintain a single source of truth for pipeline, ARR and live revenue.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning, headcount, and territory modeling.
• Design compensation plans and run cross-functional payout processes with Finance.
