Job summary

BWG Foods UC is seeking a Retail Technology Advisor on a temporary full-time basis in Ireland. The role spans planning, design, execution and operations for store technology and networks, coordinating with internal teams and third-party suppliers.

You will drive project delivery, manage vendors, and translate business needs into technical requirements while ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met across the retailer network.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail technology/IT required.
• Strong knowledge of retail technology, networks and IT.
• Experience delivering and managing IT projects.
• FMCG grocery experience preferred.
• Experience with EPOS in independent retail markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate support and growth of mission-critical IT systems across stores and retailers.
• Deliver and manage projects through all phases from planning to closure.
• Manage third-party suppliers and SLAs and service delivery agreements.
• Own retail technology for company-operated stores and liaise with senior stakeholders.
• Identify and implement efficiencies to business processes using technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation on core procedures.
• Support stores with requests, queries and troubleshooting.
• Role involves nationwide travel and may include overnight stays.
